  • labor law affairs management
  • evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractor
  • design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters
  • creating and updating internal acts (due to local and Group requirements)
  • guide management on regulatory and labor law issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations
  • legal review of sistematization, job descriptions and organizational structure changes
  • various reporting to internal and external stakeholders (Management, Regulator, Audit etc.)
  • preparation of decision proposals for various corporate governance bodies (Management Board, Supervisory Board, Renumeration Committee, Appointment Committee)
  • protect the company against legal risks and violations
  • cooperation with Work counciles
  • documentation management
  • cooperation with lawyers partners


  • has master degree in Law
  • ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information
  • has at least 3 years experience in labor law
  • is proficient in English
  • is result driven with good presentation and communication skills
  • has advanced MS office skills (Excel and Powerpoint)
